Modern Slavery Act Policy

This Supply Chain Policy and Code of Conduct (“the Code”) establishes the commitment of SingleTrack Solutions to uphold the highest standards of human rights, including the eradication of modern slavery, within its operations and across its global supply chain. This Code aligns with international human rights standards, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labour Organization’s (ILO) conventions, and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

SCOPE

This Code applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners of SingleTrack Solutions (collectively, “Stakeholders”). SingleTrack Solutions expects its Stakeholders to commit to this Code’s principles and to implement similar standards within their operations and supply chains.

POLICY PRINCIPLES

  1. 1. Respect for Human Rights
    • SingleTrack Solutions is committed to respecting and supporting human rights and dignity. This includes ensuring that our operations and supply chains are free from any form of modern slavery, child labour, forced labour, human trafficking, and any other violation of fundamental human rights.

    • SingleTrack Solutions upholds the freedom of association, the right to collective bargaining, and recognizes the right of all individuals to fair and respectful treatment at work. This includes providing safe and healthy working conditions, ensuring fair wages, and adhering to the maximum hours of work prescribed by law.
  3. 3. Prohibition of Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking
    • Modern slavery in all its forms, including but not limited to forced labour, bonded labour, child labour, and human trafficking, is strictly prohibited. SingleTrack Solutions is committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere within its own business or in any of its supply chains.
  4. 4. Ethical Recruitment
    • SingleTrack Solutions and its Stakeholders must ensure ethical recruitment practices. Workers shall not be required to pay recruitment fees, and all work must be voluntary. Identity documents shall not be confiscated, and freedom of movement shall not be restricted.
  5. 5. Transparency and Accountability
    • SingleTrack Solutions will maintain transparency in its operations and supply chains. This includes conducting periodic audits and assessments to ensure compliance with this Code. Stakeholders are expected to keep accurate records to prove adherence to this Code and to provide these records to SingleTrack Solutions upon request.
  6. 6. Training and Awareness
    • SingleTrack Solutions will provide training to its employees and management who have direct responsibility for supply chain management to ensure they understand the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business.
  7. 7. Reporting and Whistleblowing
    • SingleTrack Solutions encourages the reporting of any concerns or breaches of this Code. A whistleblowing mechanism is available for employees and external parties to report violations anonymously without fear of retaliation.

IMPLEMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE

SingleTrack Solutions will implement this Code through a comprehensive compliance program, which includes due diligence processes to identify, prevent, and mitigate the risk of modern slavery and human rights violations in its operations and supply chains. Regular audits and assessments will be conducted to ensure compliance, and corrective actions will be taken where necessary.

REVIEW AND UPDATES

This Code will be regularly reviewed and updated as necessary to ensure it reflects current laws, standards, and best practices related to human rights and modern slavery. SingleTrack Solutions is committed to continuous improvement in its operations and supply chain management practices.
